The client portal has not been updated in years and it was really starting to show it's age. Most of this didn't have a dedicated designer contributing towards it, and rather had developers and other stakeholders leading the build of it. There isn't a real theme regarding colour and font and the whole page feels a bit clunky.
In 2023, I worked together with an account manager, product manger, front-end developer and the CEO to update the portal.
Yoyo offers a portal where corporate clients can create campaigns for their end users. We offer gift cards and vouchers that can be used at any of our retail partners in South Africa. Our simple API allows end users to access rewards within our clients' own digital channels.
