Zuzo was conceptualised in 2023 to fill the gap in the market for a flexible and easy to use employee recognition and rewards system. We needed a simple mobile app for the user to view their Zuzo balance and their unique Zuzo debit card that features a card number, CVV number and an expiration date.
Employers can easily choose how they want to reward their employees; Ad-hoc perk that is instantly sent; Recurring perk where one can set a repeating reward to be sent to employees at the beginning of the month; and finally, Peer-to-peer recognition, where employers can enable the Zuzo Slack Plugin. Here they can choose a budget that fits their business.
Employees are given Zuzo Points to reward their colleagues and fellow team mates for hard work and company morale.
